About
Eskişehir's most beloved family venue, Sazova Park, is a giant theme park bringing together a fairytale castle, a pirate ship, a science centre and a zoo across wide green spaces. It offers an environment rich enough to easily fill a day for families with children. The life-sized fairytale castle in the middle of the lake has become the park's emblem; with the artificial lake around it, the pirate ship sailing on it and its colourful gardens, it brings children's imaginations to life. The Science, Experiment and Technology Centre, with its interactive setups, lets you learn while having fun. With its wide lawns, walking and cycling paths, cafés and botanical garden, Sazova is a pleasant and airy place to spend a day for both children and adults.
History
Established in the 2000s by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality to provide residents with a modern recreation and education area. The fairytale castle and science centre have become symbols of the city's innovative identity.
